<idAbs>

This layer was updated in late 2011 and released in March 2012 by PAG to include multiple permit jurisdictions. Each jurisdiction maintains its own permit.

PCAZPDES displays the jurisdictional boundaries for Phase I (large), Phase II (medium and small) and non-traditional Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) that have received an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) MS4 permit. These boundaries are useful to industrial business, the construction industry, stormwater managers and consultants supporting their client’s compliance with stormwater requirements. Users will be able to identify which of the eight MS4s their work is pertinent to. Pima Association of Governments (PAG) created the map at the request of the Stormwater Management Working Group (SWMWG) based on data provided by each jurisdiction individually.

These polygons are a dataset representing MS4 boundaries within Pima County. Key attribute fields from each dataset are the name of the MS4 and the phase or type (I, II, or non-traditional). Contact names and website are available separately at this time. The data changes as jurisdictions grow or update their permits. Contact Mead Mier at PAG for more information. Please credit all data sources.

</idAbs>
