This is done to improve the results of the 100 Parcel Attributes overlay process.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>--Source geometry (as shown in CPFCRSAR) has been generalized to simplify polygons and remove two-thirds of all vertices. This was done to improve draw times and the speed of analysis for Web mapping applications. Use even more care than with CPFCRSAR when comparing this layer to parcel boundaries.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>--Note: Due to the topography, geomorphology, and/or natural resources that are present, land may contain Flood Control Resource Areas. These Areas include FEMA Special Flood Hazard Areas, known local-identified floodplains, Pima County Regulated Riparian Habitat, and other natural watercourses. Development in these areas should be avoided by transferring allowable densities to the non-affected portions of the development.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>--The Pima County Regional Flood Control District maintains and is responsible for interpreting the content of the area identified as Flood Control Resource Areas in this layer. For accurate delineation of boundaries and flood hazards associated with any specific location, please contact the District.</SPAN></P></DIV>
