cnpagall is a composite of all the latest PAG orthophoto project topography.
This layer is so large that it only exists in the Geodatabase because it's too large to be converted to shapefile or coverage format due to file size limitations.
cnpagall can be used whenever PAG contours are needed at a regional level such as for MapGuide maps and overlay processing.
Known Errors/Qualifications: It may be difficult to export this layer due to its size. It can't be exported in shapefile format.
The "Published Enterprise GDB" date is a fictitious value in the metadata so that the metadata has a date that's guaranteed to be older than any generated metadata thumbnail PDF. Since the Library Manager doesn't set this date for "GDB No Export" maintenance format (as it should), the fictitious date was entered so the GIS Library Thumbnails job would run.
