pt16sor9 displays individual 9-inch orthophoto tiles areas where each ortho tile covers a square area consisting of one full sector.
The tiles defined by this layer represent the areas covered by each of the 3-inch and 9-inch resolution orthophotos in JPG format in the Pictometry 2016 data "AZPIMA16-TILES-3INCH" and "AZPIMA16-TILES-9INCH" directories.
Known Errors/Qualifications: While these Pictometry sectors and ninth-sectors are approximately 1 mile and 1/3 mile square, they are not based on PLSS sections and are offset considerably from the PLSS section grid.
Lineage: This pt16so39 layer was made by appending the two original Pictometry pt16sor3 and pt16sor9 layers individual photo areas to make one layer. A new RESOLUTION field with '3-inch' or '9-inch' was added.
